Founder / Partner

Tucker Morrison founded Interval Growth Capital in 2002 and has a relentless passion for the entrepreneurial spirit.  For over two decades he has advised, invested in, and operated industrial businesses which began as a small idea on pad of paper.  Mr. Morrison leads the selection of investments in areas where the team can help improve operational efficiency, develop the market capabilities, or execute M&A activity for businesses in Aviation, Steel Manufacturing, Test and Measurement, and Manufacturing Technology sectors. 

Mr. Morrison began his career as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co. and led the Micro-Cap group for Headwaters MB, a specialized M&A and Merchant Banking firm.  For private equity investing, he has worked for (and with) Brockway Moran & Partners, Moelis Capital Partners (now NexPhase Capital) and Blue Sea Capital across a spectrum of responsibilities. 

Mr. Morrison earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned his BA in Economics from Northwestern as well.
